Thank you for sorting everything out and I have happily received my complimentary copy and first Newsademic. It is everything I expected in a childrens newspaper. The variety and international nature of the articles is particularly appropriate at our school, which has a very international student population. One of our most important aims is to help our students become responsible global citizens; Newsademic will be an important part of my classroom.

I have been making Newsademic available for students studying on EAP courses at since its launch. These readers are normally going on to do Masters degrees at the University or elsewhere in the UK. They find the contents a stimulating variation from the more formal academic texts they are normally confronted with and I encourage them to read for fluency practice as well as to broaden their knowledge of world affairs and topical issues.

Very impressed with the sample and trial English news for children issues. I especially like the no advertising and no TV, pop music, sport, and pop culture conditions. Articles appear to be informative and clear, yet not "dumbed down". Maps included are nice and clear. Well done!

I have just looked through my free copy of Newsademic and would like to congratulate you on such an excellent newspaper for teenagers. I have been looking for children's newspaper articles to extend and interest my 9-year-old son. He is clearly interested in this sort of thing as he skims our Economist subscription on a regular basis but I have been aware that the articles are too lengthy and complex for him. He thought Newsademic looked great and I am sure he will read it cover to cover. The international focus is great. Although we are currently in our home country, NZ, my son has already lived in NY and London and we expect to move again so I want him to remain connected to the rest of the world. I can assure you that the news will be considerably better than the pitiful international section of our local papers, so my husband and I will probably read it too! The glossary crossword is a brilliant and fun way to build vocabulary and the maps and photos great. We will proceed to buy a subscription immediately - thanks also for reasonable price - affordable even for those of us paying in NZ dollars!

Our growing back log of issues never fails to please our teaching staff. Especially those who are actively engaged in teaching English news for kids to our foreign students many of whom are from both Hong Kong and mainland China. Keep up the excellent work at bringing the international news to schools. Thanking you.
