The easy to read International Newspaper

Family Feedback

My children really enjoyed reading the sample newspapers for children, which I downloaded last week, so I am optimistic that this subscription will help to improve their knowledge of citizenship current events. I think this is such a great idea and we are looking forward to our first easy to read newspaper articles.

I'm an American homeschooler with a 10-year-old daughter, and we love the sample newspapers for young children we just received.

I am so glad that I found your free online newspapers for children and chose to subscribe. It is such fantastic value for money.

I just stumbled across your website quite by accident, and was impressed by what I saw. I have already set up a subscription for my two children. I think your current events on citizenship publications are great, and I wish I had them when I was a kid!

We already downloaded the latest issue last night and have completed a few of the activities with my children, even my 7 year old really enjoyed it and was able to answer some questions. I am very impressed with your children's news paper, level of professionalism and academic level of your paper. I also have received feedback from one in our group that it was an even better newspapers for kids than she realized, which is great.

Whilst I'm mailing can I just say how great the your English newspapers for children are. My ten year old loves them and is learning so much about world affairs. The new activity packs are absolutely excellent too and really encourage an understanding of the topics covered. I introduced it to my son's school and understand they have already contacted you about putting the newspaper of the school intranet.

Parent in the UK

Wow I have just received the first free copy of your newspaper for kids and what a nice surprise, I read it through and loved the total use of facts only, no unnecessary trashy articles, I will be letting my 9 year old read this, and I know it will keep her reading to the end, a big thank you for creating world news for kids and giving them a chance to learn about our world on a daily basis, so much more educational than a comic.

Parent in The Netherlands

I have just looked through my free copy of Newsademic and would like to congratulate you on such an excellent newspaper for teenagers. I have been looking for children's newspaper articles to extend and interest my 9-year-old son. He is clearly interested in this sort of thing as he skims our Economist subscription on a regular basis but I have been aware that the articles are too lengthy and complex for him. He thought Newsademic looked great and I am sure he will read it cover to cover. The international focus is great. Although we are currently in our home country, NZ, my son has already lived in NY and London and we expect to move again so I want him to remain connected to the rest of the world. I can assure you that the news will be considerably better than the pitiful international section of our local papers, so my husband and I will probably read it too! The glossary crossword is a brilliant and fun way to build vocabulary and the maps and photos great. We will proceed to buy a subscription immediately - thanks also for reasonable price - affordable even for those of us paying in NZ dollars!

Very impressed with the sample and trial English news for children issues. I especially like the no advertising and no TV, pop music, sport, and pop culture conditions. Articles appear to be informative and clear, yet not "dumbed down". Maps included are nice and clear. Well done!

A home educating mom of two

What an absolutely wonderful idea. I have a 10-year-old daughter who is a voracious reader. Finding appropriate current affairs for kids is a constant battle. This is going to be perfect.

Parent in the USA

I love the easy to read newspaper articles and clear layout of this kids newspaper, and the fact that it has no advertisements. The maps and pictures are well chosen.

Parent in Canada

Particularly appealing are the international news for kids articles that appear - stuff you don't see in mainstream newspapers. These get their interest and stimulate discussion
