My Home/Profile page
Subscribers are able to set up the profile or opening page of their Website and select their own URL in the style of www.newsademic/fname_lname.

My Website
As well as their Profile page subscribers can set up their own individual website accessed via their own URL. They can set up page themes, backdrops and backgrounds. Subscribers can adjust their website layout and decide who is able to view their different web pages, Countdowns, Demics total, Friend's list, book reading log, Photo and Video Clip galleries.

My Website pages
Subscribers can add extra pages to their website by using the WYSIWYG to create the layout, text and graphics. Subscribers are able to select who is able to view each of these extra pages.

My Messages
Subscribers can receive and send messages to their fellow Newsademic subscribers. Messages to fellow subscribers are web-based and accessed by logging in to Newsademic. Those sent to non-subscribing friends and contacts are delivered in an email message format. All messaging is permission-based.

My Address Book
Subscribers can input their contacts – both other Newsademic members and non-members – into their address books. The address book acts as a normal online address book. It is also the place from where the subscriber can select those who can receive messages sent via his or her Newsademic website. The subscriber can also set up and adjust 'permission to communicate with others' or 'permissions' from the address book.

My Calendar
Subscribers have an event diary on their logged in view. Color-coded events indicate what is happening during both term time and holidays. Multi-day events and/or recurring events can also be displayed.

My Homework Tracker
Subscribers can enter their homework assignments within their own online tracker. Alerts for when different assignments are due are displayed on subscribers' logged in view. The subscriber can also set up his or her own system of alerts.

My Penpals
Subscribers can search for Penpals, who are fellow Newsademic subscribers, if they wish to. The search can be filtered by country, age, and gender. Subscribers may also post their names as someone seeking a Penpal. This search too can restrict contacts by country, age, and gender.

The method by which Penpals contact each other 'mimics' actual letter writing. Newsademic Penpals acts as a way for subscribers from different countries to correspond with each other.

My Book List
Subscribers are able to complete their own book reading logs and reviews. These can be displayed on their own website. Reading logs can also be produced in a printer-friendly format that can be used in school classes.

My Demics Account
Newsademic subscribers can acquire Demics — similar to tokens. These are earned by: answering the 'Daily News Question' correctly, submitting the correct answer to the puzzle that appears in each issue of the newspaper, and referring friends who become Newsademic members.

Demics earned can be used in the Newsademic online shop to purchase 'additions' to subscriber's websites. For example, extra Photo and Video clip galleries, Website Pages, and Countdowns can be purchased with Demics.

My Countdowns
Subscribers can set up Countdowns to various events, such as birthdays, holidays, exams, sporting events etc. They can choose whether these Countdowns are displayed on their website, or just their own online view.

My Friends List
Subscribers can draw up their own list of friends. These names can be displayed on their website providing the friend's permission has been granted. Clicking friends' names on these lists takes the viewer to the friend's own website.

My Photo Galleries
Subscribers can upload photographs to galleries. These galleries and photographs can then be placed and viewed on their website. Subscribers control others' access to photographs on a gallery-by-gallery basis.

My Video clips
Video clips can be uploaded and appear on subscribers' websites. Subscribers are able to control others' access to each video clip.
